Booking your party


In the first instance, please contact us on 07905 888268 to chat about your party options and find out immediately if we are available on your chosen date.

Alternatively you can email us - we will normally reply within 24 hours.

All party reservations will require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure the party slot. This can be paid through Paypal via our on-line shop.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking until you have paid your deposit.

Without a deposit, we can only reserve a chosen date for up to a maximum of 5 days (unless otherwise agreed). Through payment of this deposit you are deemed to have accepted our Party Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, prior to this stage, to decline any party booking request. 
 
On receipt of the deposit payment you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our downloadable booking form (pdf and doc. files).  
Please complete and return the booking form to us by email or through our contact form  ASAP,  as a delay in returning the completed booking form will results in a delay receiving the invitations.  

Unless otherwise agreed, party invitations will only be posted (Royal Mail Second Class Service) upon receipt of the completed booking form and deposit payment. 

A few days before the party we will ring or email to find out how many children will be attending and to check if any of the details have changed.

We offer a 10% discount for second and subsequent bookings


Payment of Balance:

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer accept cheques for payment.

    1. If paying by Paypal or by bank transfer, the balance must be paid at least one day prior to the party.
    2. Alternatively the balance can be paid cash or by Paym on the day (Paym is a brand new mobile payment system that lets you transfer money using just a mobile number. It lets you send money securely to anyone with a registered Paym account) 


Minimum Attendance:
 Our party’s base price is based on 8 ( Jazz me Up!, Charming Treasures, Little Designer) or 10 children attending (Little Jewels, Sweet delights). 

Travel Supplement:  No charge for venues within a 20-mile radius of Cambridge city center. Additional mileage is charged @ 50p/mile to and from the venue to cover the extra miles and travelling time. 

CANCELLATIONS:  Party deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party if given a minimum of 5 days notice and/or if the reason for the cancellation is illness.

In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.


FAQ

Q. How long does the party last?
A. The duration of the jewellery making session depends on the party option chosen and on the number of children present, varying from approx 60 min up to 2 hours. We will not leave until all the party guests have completed their items of jewellery.

Q. What will happen on the party day and what do I need to provide?
A. If you have booked a mobile party, we'll come to your home or party venue bringing everything the children need to make their jewellery and accessories: a wide selection of colourful beads to choose from, stringing materials, findings and tools. They can choose from a selection of designs to copy or they can make up their own design. All you need to supply is a working surface suitable for everyone to sit or stand around, (such as a dining table). No food is included in the cost of the party—this is the responsibility of the host. We will arrive 10/15 minutes before the party is due to start to set up.When all the children have finished their gorgeous creations, they will be given a pretty organza bag and a card with their name on to place inside the bag with their jewellery, ready for taking home as thier party bag.

Q. How far in advance should I book my party?
A. Ideally parties should be booked with a minimum of 30 days notice. Although, occasionally, we might be able to accomodate a last minute booking, if you have a particular date and time in mind then it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q. Will I need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, a non-refundable £ 30 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due on the day of the party, if paying by cash or credit/debit card or 3 days prior to the party, if paying by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Any necessary parking charges or additional travel expenses will also need to be reimbursed on date of party.

Q. Does an adult need to be included in the party?
A. Yes, for parties with participants under the age of 16 we require an adult with parental responsibility to be present throughout the duration of the party.

In the unlikely event we would need to cancel an event due ilness or to unforeseen circumstances, a refund of all money paid will be given, and you'll be offered the opportunity to reschedule.
